Die Züger Frischkäse AG aus dem Schweizerischen Oberbüren ist ein traditioneller Familienbetrieb mit rund 200 Mitarbeitern. Das 1850 gegründete Unternehmen hat sich auf die Produktion von verschiedenen Frischkäsevariationen wie Mozzarella, Quark, Ricotta und Mascarpone spezialisiert. Über 40 Prozent der Produkte werden in die ganze Welt exportiert.

**Performance:** 12.500 Tonnen Käse, 4.000 Tonnen Butter jährlich; ca. 110 Mio. CHF Umsatz (ca. 90 Mio. EUR)
